GDPR information

Updated 2026-07-29

Proactiva is built to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from day one. Here are the key principles behind how the platform handles data.

1. Data stays in the EU

All data infrastructure runs in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Fonts and other assets are self-hosted, so your IP address is never passed to third-party CDNs.

2. Special category data

Health data under GDPR Article 9 will be processed only with explicit consent. Until the platform launches, we collect no health data at all.

3. Data minimisation

We collect only what is necessary: for the waitlist, a single email address. We use no advertising profiling or tracking tools.

4. Right to be forgotten

Once the platform launches, your account will let you export all of your data and fully delete the account with every record. We will remove your waitlist entry on request at info@proactiva.app.

5. Supervisory authority

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority of your country.

6. Contact

For data protection matters, write to info@proactiva.app.
